The post office keeps delivering the advertisements sent by mail because this is one of the few things keeping the post office in business and that is questionable and at some point will change I am sure. Rarely do people act on these advertisements anymore.

The fact is once we follow through with whatever it is we are procrastinating about it wasn't half as painful as we made it out to be in our minds. Here is a thought for you – The next time you start to procrastinate – PUT IT OFF !!!
- Perfectionism - We are all stifled by this at some point, thinking that everything has to be just perfect or what will people think of us if we don't have everything just right. What kind of image will that portray. The fact is it will be no image at all because we will never get anything out there. One person described perfectionism as a form of selfishness. They are right because if we never put anything out there because we want it to be perfect we are denying the world of our message. The other point is this, it takes practice and you will never get better and if you don't start. We all know we are not perfect, well most of us do and so the real deal is JUST DO IT and you will be amazed at the results of your less then perfect content and message.
- Fear – Well of course we need to mix a little of this into the recipe for not doing anything, don't we. So if you are not procrastinating because you want to be perfect then you are scared as hell to do anything. The only way you can get over your fear is to jump into the middle of this thing called the internet and start learning. There are many awesome people willing to lend you a hand, I am one of them and I can direct you to an ever expanding group of other like minded individuals that love to teach and help and watch others succeed.
