Jeff sunrise The first step in designing the next 5 years and beyond is to establish some values in your life.  Here are some questions that will help you identify some of these.

I would suggest using a journal and getting serious about this work.  You should be journaling everyday.  It is a way to keep track of your thoughts, ideas and goals.  It also serves as a tracking of how you are improving.  As time goes on you can look back at past journals and see how much you have grown.  OK – you have your journal – lets get started.

First Question:

What are the three things I like most and least about myself?

Second Question:

Who is the Happiest Person I know?

Third Question:

What do I think makes them happy?

Fourth Question:

Who are the three people I like and respect the most and why?

Fifth Question:

Who am I?

Sixth Question:

Throughout history and time name 3 people you would want to spend time with and why?

Seventh Question:

What is your favorite thing in the whole world to do and why?
